I love graffiti

Came across this graffiti by artists and craftsman supply in seattle and had to shoot it.  I'd love to learn this trade.

  1. Me too!!! I love to see it (this is terrible) but it makes the wait more exciting while waiting for trains to pass!! I used to tell my kids while riding in the back seat, that talent like that should be in museums and art shows... not on something "vandalized"... but, I must admit... seeing a mural on a building or train car really inspires me. I could just stare at the masterpieces for hours!
    Hugs!

  2. I also LOVE graffiti. A few weeks ago one of my students took me into the city were he lives to show me the most incredible work I've ever seen. It was unbelievable! Turns out the street artists are known all over NY state. If you get a chance drop by my site to see it, you will need to scroll down I posted in Sept.

  3. Very cool! Most of the trains that come into our plant just have lots of writing on them, which can still be pretty sometimes. But when a true artistic car comes into the lot, I just have to go out and get a picture!

  4. I love graffiti, too.
Maybe wall spaces for graffiti should be created intentionally all over cities in the world. It's very ispiring to see the art in the real world, not only in museums.

  5. I wish I saw this kind of tagging
instead of the gang tagging I see all over Los Angeles. I think it's horrible that these gang members tag on the few trees we have.
