I think this is excellent advice for everyone and that you need to sell this as print, so we can all have it in our homes. These are all good & achievable goals. It is excellent on every level from concept to sentiment to art! Love it!

Congratulations on your new resolution! From the look of this gorgeous, energetic, rich page, you have very positive feelings about your plans. At the beginning of the summer, I too made a major lifestyle change with regard to health and I began walking 3-6 miles a day and changed my eating habits drastically. I've lost 12 pounds, and all the extra energy I've found, as a result, I channel into my art. So, I'll be thinking about you and cheering you on!

I've learned more about meditation lately from my neighbor who practices it as her religion... then I got my cholesterol results back today and while still in the healthy range, it's not by much. So I'm starting today... July 29! Here's to new beginnings!
