WOW~~that is one heckuva monster!! I love the costume idea for ArtFest (I *did* read that somewhere, didn't I? Or maybe I dreamed it?)...I'm not sure what I'd would do but I know I'd get an eye-full! xoxox!
yes, it was a protest...something about charging an extra surcharge for plastic bags....the costume was made out of 500 bags. not sure about the whole story.
