Really cool. PLUS - He has a show here in SF at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts until July. I know you have *major* amounts of time for a trip, but I'll go see it with you...

Hi Teesha, I love your blog and read it with every new post. I'm a new journaler...A fiber artist at heart. Rug hooking to be exact!!! I'd like to invite you to see the pics of our local hook-in we held this past Saturday. Lots of hand hooked rugs! Just another way of expressing our creativity! www.shabbysheep.blogspot.com Thanks for the ongoing inspiration.
Oh! Does anyone remember fishman at the Art Asylum many moons ago? It was my first Artfest and this man had made a HUGE 4 foot paper fish puppet...he came into the asylum late one night and caused quite the stir. Apparently he wasn't an attendee, he lived down the road. My new art peep had escorted a young girl back home (it was like 1 AM) and found out that it was her dad!! it was very cool. I can see costumes at artfest:)
oh yah, I remember that guy brenda...he constantly begged me to be a part of the event in some way or another.
i think a fashion show of costumes would be great but #1...getting the costumes to the fort would be tricky. #2...too many people for a sit-down fashion show.
I forwarded this video to theo the minute I saw it. it totally reminded me of him....plus...he LOVES to make costumes.
A costume fashion show or costume parade at artfest would be a great idea! That is right up my alley. Also, I have put on a lot of fashion shows in my time if you want someone to work on it...
wow...cool video. makes me want to make a suit like that ;)
