The Urgency of Now

http://www.whitehouse.gov/weekly_address/ A friend just sent me this link. Apparently Obama has a new website and is going to address the nation every saturday on this site. I LOVE the fact that it will be coming directly from the white house without going through the newsroom. I LOVE LOVE LOVE our new president.

  2. Teesha, I agree with you about the new President and the website, I went out there on inauguration day, about 10 minutes after he took the oath.
Also, I was wondering if you have any more information yet on Journalfest?

The Webcast is new w/Obama, but addressing the nation weekly began w/FDR's fireside chats.

I'm also with you on Obama - I heard his speech when he was elected on the BBC radio here in Dubai - it was so moving and full of hope. The idea of the address on the web is amazing!!
