This is a journal that I filled one summer when I was renting a cabin for a week with my husband and girls. I love all the odd sized pages. It was a blast to work in.
Wonderful journal! I haven't stopped by here for awhile, but I am always invigorated when I do! I do agree with your post on the 'ugly' (BTW, I didn't agree with the ugly part:-) journal pages. Journalling is all about learning and playing with the process, so it's all good! That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
This is beautifully fabulous! I love the pictures that you use in these (and all of your) journal pages? What magazines do you use cause I never find pics this cool to use in mine? I think the cabin was a good place for you...it must have really nurtured your creative spirit. Peace & Love, ~Barb~

I can see why it's a favourite. Do you take your sewing machine with you or do you stitch the pages before you go? They add that little extra, not that it needs it.
no, I didn't take my sewing machine with me...the journal was made before I left. I just took collage and pens (oh and a bag of scrapbook stuff I have collected and been given over the years). Also to the person who wants to know where I get my images...old postcards, various magazines, copies from old journal pages that are deconstructed and used again...wrapping paper, photos I take myself, stickers, anything and everything.
